This is a great class we start out with 30 min of round robin using self defence moves on the bags and weight training with free weights, after the work out we do 15 min of self defence which is a work out in its self! after that we balance it all out with a yoga stretch routine this is a great hour long class it has it all

If you are looking for what’s next come to our Black Belt classes to see the interpretation of the moves in your forms or katas. We are working on pressure point applications,sticks, grappling and tapping into energies, great times to keep training!
GRAPPLING FOR STRIKERS

We are having a great time as we learn more each week of how to handle our self's if we go to the ground. This class is open to all belts on Wednesday's at 7:00 pm
